We also keep Ready Design Stock as inventory for wide range of products, selling through marketplace platform. With facilities in Singapore, Malaysia & China, we control and manage the entire production chain to ensure high quality production & efficiency.

Core responsibilities:
• Responsible for the performance outcomes of e-commerce sales
• Ensure Customers Service Level maintain at high levels in any platform at anytime
• Provide friendly support to customers at every stage of shopping and purchasing
• Ensure seamless end-to end integration of the e-commerce business
• Executing customer order fulfilment, coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
• Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly within timeframe and monitor customer review

Job specifications:
• Possess at least a Diploma qualifications with 2 years of experience B2C E-commerce environments preferred
• Resilient and result oriented to achieve sales target
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive and resourceful
• Cross-functional capabilities – ability to hands on with all team/ departments
• Able to adapt changes in a fast-paced environment; work independently as well as within a team
• Proficient in MS Office

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Designing of visual communications
• Conceptualize designs that are impressive aesthetically and that meet our clients’ design requirements and objectives
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
• A design-based diploma as a minimum
• In depth knowledge of paper printing industry, post-press finishing processes involving die-cutting,
hotstamping
• Specializes (design and knowledge) in at least one of the following areas (please state in your
resume):
➢ Packaging (paper, PU, PVC, fabric, etc.)
➢ Food packaging
➢ Mooncake boxes/ packaging
➢ Pouches, carriers, bags
➢ Calendars and planners
➢ Gift boxes and wrappers
➢ Festive products
➢ Other paper products and packaging
• Must possess good design speed/productivity and enjoys the pressure of deadlines
• Well versed in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign software.
• Creative thinker, excellent design sense, works well in a team as well as independently
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual, able to converse in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Able to start immediately or within a short period

Sales Executive

Sales Executive

Overall job objectives:
Responsible for making sales calls, presenting and negotiating sales contracts for corporate clients

Core responsibilities:
• Attend to incoming email and phone enquiries ensuring that the response turnaround time is within the required standards
• Conduct cold calls to targeted companies to prospect for new business
• Understand customer requirements and present the appropriate products and support services to meet the clients’ requirements
• Prepare proposal and manage clients’ negotiation to close the sales contracts
• Maintain and develop stronger relationship with existing customers through regular visits, telephone calls and emails
• Liaise with purchaser to check on the progress of projects for the specific clients
• Manage clients’ enquiries and feedback on products and delivery timeline
• Update and report on the sales visits, proposals daily as well as monthly sales reports for submission to the Sales Manager

Job specifications:
• Possess at least a Diploma qualifications with 2 years of experience in sales ideally with proven track record
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong written and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Resilient and result oriented to achieve sales target
• Able to adapt changes in a fast-paced environment; work independently as well as within a team
• Proficient in MS Office
